The Blister Cartoning Machine is a device for automatically packing and sealing pharmaceuticals, food, stationery, and small consumer goods into cartons. The machine integrates automatic feeding, cartoning, folding, gluing, and unloading.

Features
1. Automatic Feeding and Sealing
The equipment automatically picks up cartons and folds them, with a carton positioning error ≤1 mm, ensuring sealing accuracy. Production capacity is 30–120 cartons/minute, adaptable to different carton sizes.
2. Precise Control of Adhesion and Folding
The glue spraying and folding systems are independently controlled. Glue spraying width is 5–12 mm, glue amount is adjustable, and folding times are 1–4 layers. Folding and glue amount accuracy can be quantified to ±1 mm.
3. Material Compatibility and Easy Maintenance
The stainless steel components that contact cartons and folds are polished, suitable for folding 300–350 g/m² cardboard and 70 g/m² double-sided coated paper.
4. Automatic Protection and Fault Prevention
Built-in photoelectric or mechanical sensors monitor whether cartons and folds are in position. Automatically stops feeding, glue application, and box sealing operations if not in place, with a response time ≤0.2 seconds.
5. Modular Interface for Production Integration
Can be integrated with pre-made bag packaging machines, pharmaceutical filling machines, or shrink packaging machines to achieve automated production lines. The interface can be supplemented with printers, quality detectors, or anti-counterfeiting traceability systems.
