Quantitative Control of Rolling Material
Addressing the smooth surface and high rollability of chocolate beans, the metering module employs a buffered feeding channel and segmented release structure to control the amount of material fed in a single batch.
Anti-Rollover Bag Opening Limit Design
An inner limiting structure is installed after the bag opening opens to prevent chocolate beans from rolling out of the bag opening during filling. Suitable for stand-up pouches with a width of 80–300mm.
Temperature Influence Adaptation Mechanism
Considering the temperature sensitivity of chocolate, the sealing area and filling area are physically separated. The heat-sealing temperature can be adjusted within a set range.
Dual Servo Synchronous Drive System
The bag conveying and sealing actions are controlled by dual servos, synchronously adjusting the bag position and sealing time to accommodate different bag lengths (100–400mm).
