Quantitative Control of Rolling Material

Addressing the smooth surface and high rollability of chocolate beans, the metering module employs a buffered feeding channel and segmented release structure to control the amount of material fed in a single batch.

Anti-Rollover Bag Opening Limit Design

An inner limiting structure is installed after the bag opening opens to prevent chocolate beans from rolling out of the bag opening during filling. Suitable for stand-up pouches with a width of 80–300mm.

Temperature Influence Adaptation Mechanism
Considering the temperature sensitivity of chocolate, the sealing area and filling area are physically separated. The heat-sealing temperature can be adjusted within a set range.

Dual Servo Synchronous Drive System
The bag conveying and sealing actions are controlled by dual servos, synchronously adjusting the bag position and sealing time to accommodate different bag lengths (100–400mm).

FAQ

 

Q: My chocolate beans are not uniform in size, will this affect the measurement?

A: If the weight difference between individual beans is large, a sample test is required. The equipment controls the error by setting the quantity released per batch, but if the bean diameter difference exceeds 20%, it is recommended to re-match the measurement parameters.

Q: The beans tend to roll out during feeding, how can this be solved?

A: The bag opening has an inner limiting structure, and the beans are fed in batches, not all at once. During sample testing, the bag opening angle will be adjusted according to the bag width and bean diameter.

Q: Will the coated beans be scratched or lose color?

A: The feeding channel has a low-friction structure with no sharp angles. For colored coated beans, it is recommended to test the friction to determine if the liner material needs to be replaced.

Q: The chocolate is a bit soft, will the sealing process melt the inside?

A: The sealing heating area and the material area are separate; heat sealing only applies to the bag opening. If the workshop temperature is higher than 28℃, it is recommended to operate in an air-conditioned environment.

Q: What if the bottom of the stand-up pouch cannot be opened?

A: There's a bag bottom unfolding action before filling. If the bag bottom folds are unclear or the material is too soft, it will affect the unfolding effect. We recommend confirming that the bag structure is a standard Doypack.

Q: How do I determine which model is suitable for a production capacity of 10-80 bags/minute?

A: Consider three factors: bag width, single bag weight, and whether a zipper is added. The larger the bag and the more it holds, the lower the speed. Specific details need to be confirmed with a sample bag.

Q: Is it troublesome to change to different sizes of chocolate beans?

A: Generally, only parameters need to be changed. If the bean diameter changes significantly, the feeding gap may need to be adjusted, but it doesn't involve replacing the entire machine.
