Intermittent Rotary Weighing System

This system employs an 8-10 station rotary intermittent operation mode. Each station independently completes weighing and filling. The weighing unit can be adjusted according to material density and bag type.

Automatic Detection and Fault Protection
Equipped with bag readiness detection and insufficient material detection devices, the filling and sealing modules stop operating when a bag is not in place or the filling material is insufficient, reducing packaging material waste.

Control and Operation Interface
The PLC control system combined with a touch screen allows for setting weighing formulas, adjusting filling volume and bag type parameters. The operation interface displays the status of each station and supports quick switching between multiple products.

Machine Materials and Cleaning
