Features

Particle Flow Adaptation

Based on particle size (0.5–20mm) and bulk density differences, screw-type, measuring cup-type, or multi-head combination weigher interfaces are configured to reduce deviations.

Anti-Bridging and Anti-Clogging

The hopper bottom angle and vibration frequency are adjustable. For particles prone to bridging or containing fine powder, vibration or stirring devices maintain continuous feeding, avoiding metering errors caused by material interruption.

Intermittent Rotary Station Control

An 8 or 10-station intermittent operation structure, each station independently completes bag opening, filling, and sealing actions, reducing overflow or material jamming at the bag opening.

Sealing Temperature Accuracy Control
The PTFE-coated aluminum alloy heating plate has a temperature control error of ±2℃. The heating range can be set according to the melting point of the composite film or aluminum foil bag material to avoid material shrinkage or incomplete sealing at the sealing point.

SUS304 Contact Component Structure
Components in contact with materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The surface is easy to disassemble and clean, reducing the risk of particle residue and cross-contamination, and complying with relevant GMP requirements.

A: When there is a large difference in particle size or a significant change in bulk density, the metering module needs to be replaced or adjusted. For example, the measuring cup may be replaced with a combination scale to ensure filling accuracy.

Q: Will a high powder content in the particles affect the sealing?

A: A high powder content may adhere to the bag opening area. The equipment is equipped with a bag opening cleaning and detection device to prevent powder from being trapped in the sealing area.

Q: How to determine the appropriate model?

A: The model is determined based on the target bag width, bag length, and single-bag filling weight. For example, if the bag width is 180–300mm and the filling amount exceeds 1000g, the HY8-300 model should be selected.

Q: Do the sealing parameters need to be reset for different bag materials?

A: Different composite films or aluminum foil bags have different melting temperatures. The heating temperature and pressing time need to be reset to ensure a complete seal.
