Features

Flake Food Protection Conveying System

Utilizes inclined vibrating plates or layered pallets for conveying, keeping flake food horizontal during movement. The conveyor plate angle is adjustable (5–15°).

Multi-layer Separation Feeding Mechanism

Features flake food are fed into the bag opening in batches via a layered control device. Each layer height is adjustable (10–50mm), calculating the amount of food to be fed based on flake thickness and density to prevent stacking and localized breakage.

Synchronous Detection System at Different Workstations

Equipped with flake, bag, and distribution detection sensors at each stage of the rotating workstation, any abnormal condition will stop operation at that workstation.
