The intermittent rotary sealing station can simultaneously seal multiple bags. Each station operates independently, achieving a capacity of 25–80 bags/minute per unit time. The turntable cycle time is adjustable from 0.5–2 seconds.

2. Precise control of heat sealing temperature and pressure

The sealing module employs an independent heating plate and a dual-pressure cylinder design, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and an adjustable pressure of 40–150 N, which can be adjusted according to bag material thickness (40–200 μm) and the number of aluminum foil composite layers.

3. Material compatibility and sealing performance

The sealing plate and material contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with a polished finish and a roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. Suitable for multi-layer composite aluminum foil bags.

4. Automatic detection and operation protection

Photoelectric or mechanical sensors monitor whether the bag is in position and fully unfolded. If it is not in position, the filling and sealing system automatically stops, with a trigger response time ≤ 0.2 seconds.
