Features

1. 8/10-Station Indexing and Sealing System

The equipment adopts an intermittent rotary table structure, with each station independently completing bag picking, sealing, and discharging, achieving a capacity of 10–80 bags/minute.

2. Precision Control Module

The sealing system consists of upper and lower dual-pressure cylinders and an independent heating plate, with temperature control accuracy ±1°C and adjustable pressure 50–150 N (depending on bag thickness), reducing bag leakage or breakage.

3. Plastic Material Compatibility

The sealing plate and contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, with a smooth, polished finish, suitable for PE/PP/composite plastic bags with film thicknesses of 60–200 μm.

4. Automatic Detection and Safety

Built-in infrared or mechanical sensors detect whether the bag is in position and fully unfolded. The detection trigger delay is ≤ 0.2 seconds; if the bag is not in position, the sealing and filling system automatically stops working.
