The equipment adopts an intermittent rotary station structure, with each station independently completing the sealing operation. The station dwell time is adjustable from 0.5 to 2 seconds, and the sealing efficiency per unit time can be quantified as 25–80 bags/minute.

2. Temperature-Controlled Sealing Module and Dual-Pressure Design

The sealing module is independently heated with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Combined with dual-pressure cylinders, the pressure can be adjusted from 30 to 120 N according to the bag material thickness. The sealing width is adjustable from 8 to 12 mm, preventing cracking or leakage.

3. Material Compatibility and Contact Safety

Parts in contact with materials are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with a polished surface and a roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, suitable for sealing kraft paper or composite paper bags with a thickness of 80–200 g/m².

4. Automatic Detection and Operation Protection

Built-in photoelectric or mechanical sensors detect whether the bag is in place and fully unfolded, with a detection delay of ≤0.2 seconds. The sealing and discharging system automatically stops if the bag is not in place.
