Features

Candy Grading and Oriented Dispensing

Candies are graded by size and shape and oriented to the bag opening via vibrating feed or sorting hoppers. The grading gap is adjustable (2–20mm) to reduce accumulation or tilting.

Bag Opening and Positioning
The bag opening mechanism adjusts the opening width according to the bag width (80–300mm), while mechanical clamping or vacuum adsorption fixes the bag position.

Adjustable Sealing Pressure and Temperature
The heat sealing strip temperature (120–200℃) and pressure roller pressure (10–40kg) can be adjusted according to the bag material thickness and candy weight to prevent candy deformation under pressure and achieve a complete seal.

Multi-Station Intermittent Operation
An 8–10-station independent rotary layout is adopted, with synchronous control between stations via sensors to prevent bag crossing or filling misalignment.

Machine Materials and Cleaning
Parts in contact with candy are made of food-grade stainless steel. The modular design facilitates disassembly and cleaning, meeting GMP hygiene standards.
