Multi-station rotary table structure

Utilizing an intermittent rotary multi-station structure, each station independently performs bag loading, opening, filling, and sealing actions. Production cycle time depends on bag size and filling time, typically ranging from 10–80 bags/minute.

Detection and linkage control

Equipped with bag opening, no-bag, and no-material detection devices. When a bag opening is not fully opened or an abnormal material supply is detected, the system stops the corresponding station's operation, reducing empty bag sealing and material leakage.

Heat-sealing structure and temperature control system

Equipped with a heated sealing blade structure, the sealing temperature can be set according to the composite film material, suitable for PE, PET/PE, and other laminated materials.

Compliant with food machinery hygiene standards
Material contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel and are polished for easy disassembly and cleaning.
